The Woolwell Centre is currently embarking on a five year plan to transform an existing, well managed charity into a self sustaining social enterprise. To realise this vision the Board is looking to recruit a strong team of committed and dedicated individuals to act as Trustees.

to take the big decisions that need to be made about its future
The Trustees will
support development of policies that further the aims and objectives of the Centre and monitor its success
ensure compliance with our Memorandum and Articles of Association
ensure the Woolwell Centre's accountability and legal obligations
establish and oversee a framework for the identification and management of risk
oversee finances to meet the Centre's charitable and company objectives
ensure resources are used in an efficient and cost effective manner
ensure effective Board performance and governance
promote the organisation - be an ambassador
This role is ideal for the those who are willing to undertake core community based role.
